Reality wouldn't cooperate. The work shipped anyway.
Property marketing waits on things you don't control. A crew's calendar. A season. A staged room. A clear sky. We remove the shoot from the critical path, so the asset exists when you actually need it.
In property, the asset is always waiting on something.
A photographer's availability. A season that hasn't arrived. A room that is empty or dated. A unit that is still occupied. Weather that refuses to break.
By the time everything lines up, the moment is gone. The listing has sat. The campaign window has closed. The competitor who moved faster got the audience. Every property marketer knows this problem and most have simply accepted it as the cost of doing business.
We treat the shoot as optional. Working from photography you already have, or images taken on a phone, we produce cinematic video and photoreal stills that match your existing brand collateral. No crew call. No shoot day. No waiting for June.
An unexpected weather event hit the entire East Coast. NDM needed commercial assets running across Encore at Reunion, Spectrum, and Margaritaville immediately. There was no practical way to shoot and edit in the time available.
Multiple cinematic video assets in under 24 hours, across three distinct resort brands, matching the creative direction they gave us. Each one built to sit alongside that property's existing collateral rather than stand out from it.
“In less than 24 hours, Polar Opposite understood the brief and delivered multiple cinematic video assets that nailed our creative direction and felt consistent with the rest of our brand collateral. The quality exceeded our expectations, especially given the price point and timeline. The campaign reached a large audience, drove immediate results, and led to higher than normal bookings across our properties.”
Ronn Stern·NDM Hospitality
An outdated, empty living room and family room that photographed poorly, and an exterior shot taken in the middle of winter. Buyers were being asked to imagine the home rather than see it.
Virtual staging with photoreal furnishings, controlled down to the individual piece. Swap a sofa, change a rug, restyle the whole room to a different buyer, and revise until it matches exactly what the agent pictured. Separately, the winter exterior was rebuilt as a summer scene with blooming flowers and full foliage.
“They virtually staged an outdated, empty living room and family room for my listing, and Michael was incredibly patient in creating exactly the look I envisioned. The updated furniture and realistic renderings helped buyers see the home's full potential and played an important role in helping the property sell. They also transformed a cold winter exterior photo into a beautiful summer scene with blooming flowers and lush foliage, making the home feel warmer and more inviting. The quality was outstanding, the turnaround time was quick, and the customer service and pricing were excellent.”
