Welcome to Polar Opposite AI, operated by Polar Opposite Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and creative services. By accessing or purchasing from polaropposite.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

2. Services Provided

Polar Opposite AI provides AI-assisted creative services, including the generation of cinematic videos, images, and branded content based on user-provided materials. Deliverables are provided digitally and are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.

Customers may purchase individual scenes or packages:

1 Scene (Basic) – $250
5 Scenes (Standard) – $1,000
10 Scenes (Premium) – $1,750

There are no expiration dates or subscriptions associated with any purchase.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to upload or request content that includes or promotes:

Copyrighted materials they do not own or have permission to use
Hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
Political, defamatory, or misleading material
Any illegal activity under U.S. law
Pornographic or sexually explicit material

Polar Opposite AI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project that violates these guidelines or conflicts with our brand values.

We maintain confidentiality for all client-provided materials and will not share or disclose them without written consent, except as required to complete the project.

4. Ownership of Content

Clients retain full ownership of the final creative outputs (videos, images, and other materials) purchased through Polar Opposite AI and may use them commercially without restriction.

All logos, brand assets, and materials uploaded by the client remain their property. Polar Opposite AI retains the right to use anonymized or partial samples of completed work for marketing, portfolio, or demonstration purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Shopify and must be made upfront before production begins.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes or processing fees may apply depending on your location.

6. Delivery & Revisions

Typical delivery occurs within 24–48 hours from the start of production. Delivery times may vary based on complexity or demand.
Each scene includes one round of revisions at no additional cost.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. Polar Opposite AI does not provide refunds or accept cancellations once production begins or deliverables have been issued.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Results may vary depending on provided materials and AI system limitations.
Polar Opposite AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

We do not sell or share user data. Uploaded materials are used solely to complete client projects and are stored securely for the duration of active revisions or future updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
